In simple terms, this is not too dissimilar to reflexology. Small magnetic balls (that are secured in place with a small plaster) are applied to specific areas on the ear. These points are manually stimulated as per routine or as required throughout the day, providing regular treatment for your personal disharmony. Designed to last up to 1 week but can last up to 2 weeks.
Ideal for those who go longer between acupuncture appointments, or those who need some natural support. Widely used and found hugely beneficial especially in the mental health field. Can be done as a single treatment, but often used following an acupuncture treatment.

Clients suffering from anxiety have fed back that the ear seeds have given them a sense of control when feeling particularly anxious and lowered anxiety levels. Some clients have used the ear seeds when reducing antidepressant medication.
Whether for everyday aches and pains or more problematic musculoskeletal issues, try a treatment that is designed around your individual needs that combines acupuncture with cupping therapy, or acupressure massage and infra red heat therapy.
After consultation and assessment, an individualised massage treatment plan is formulated combining various massage techniques including stimulation of specific acupuncture points. Sliding cups and heat therapy also may be used.

This ancient technique uses suction cups as a form of deep tissue massage enhancing the bodywork experience. Benefits of this treatment can include, pain relief, enhancing blood flow to problematic areas to promote healing and relaxation.
This is a wonderful treatment on its own or in combination with acupuncture or acupressure massage, especially for muscular skeletal conditions.
Shoulders, neck, head and face are massaged using various relaxing techniques. A bespoke points prescription of acupressure points can be designed if attending for a specific ailment.

To enhance relaxation and treatment outcome, 10 minutes of Reiki is included at the end of the session.
Deeply relaxing, aromatherapy oils are used to de-stress and unwind tired hand and/or feet.
Hand and/or feet acupressure points can be stimulated for a more bespoke treatment to aid healing of specific conditions. Beneficial on both a physical, mental and emotional level.
As a qualified level 2 Reiki practitioner, I am able to assist in the re alignment of your energy systems. By gently placing my hand on specific areas of the body that correlate with the chakras, reiki energy free flows helping to remove blockages that are causing mental, emotional and physical disharmonies and bring about balance.
Experiences following treatment vary, some include;
On booking your 1st appointment, the full fee is payable NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS FROM BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT via bank transfer. Your payment will secure your appointment. Any appointments not paid during this period will only be a provisional booking and may be lost if availability is required for other paying clients.
If you are unable to bank transfer, alternate arrangements can be made.
Any client booking a follow up session and bank transfer is their preferred method of choice, payment must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Cash is also accepted at your appointment.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded or must be paid in full if payment has not been made prior to the appointment.
Due to the contractual agreement between the practitioner and the NIHP of paying upfront for room occupancy, I politely request that those cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will be obligated to pay the fee in full/ will not be refunded any prior payment due to the upfront costs already paid plus, loss of earnings for that period.
Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the practitioner.
Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy could prevent future bookings.
